Services & Operations
Our methods and systems for international placement have been developed over the years. We
ensure that everything is done to select the right candidates and to follow through from the initial
interviews to the day they join our clients’ company.
- Pre-recruitment Briefing - We acquire complete information about our client’s company, the work location, job description, the terms and conditions of employment etc. This information is sought for appropriate manpower planning and to provide the same to interested applicants.
- Internal Databank Search - Prior to external sourcing, an internal search is undertaken to establish if suitable applicants are currently on the Zulfikar Enterprises’ database, or registered with our Branch/Associate Offices.
- External Sourcing - Recruitment advertising is carefully planned by selecting the right media i.e. national/regional daily newspapers and employment publications.
- Processing of Applicants - We organize a pool of detailed resumes of befitting candidates in our database and respondents to the advertisements. Only the suitable applicants are provided with an outline description of the job specification, its location, and terms & condition of contract.
- Technical Trade Testing - Applicants are assessed both – from their previous record of employment and also technically to permeate the highest quality manpower.
- Training - For candidates that are assessed to be marginally away from the established benchmark, we arrange for technical and corporate training sessions to upgrade their skills and convert them into prospective candidates. Post training, these candidates are reassessed.
- Screening and Selection - For candidates who are considered suitable for employment, a detailed CV is forwarded for comments. We recommend clients to select applicants in order of preference. As per the selection of the client, we arrange for an interview of the short listed candidate with the client. Alternatively, we have a panel of highly qualified and experienced professionals who conduct interviews. Eventually the results of the interview are reported to the client.
- International Procedural Formalities & Documentation - Applicants selected for appointment are then sent to obtain a medical fitness certificate from a physician. For candidates that are found medically fit, their passports and necessary application forms are then submitted to the embassy to obtain the visas. After the successful stamping of visas, the travel arrangements are made for the deployment of the andidate.
